10 WEEKS TO FITNESS DAY 45 and today we are focusing on our arms, so get ready to dominate through a Bicep and Tricep workout today.  Getting nice toned arms is our goal so lets get it done by doing these superset exercises to really show our arms who is boss.  We will be doing 5 sets of 30,25,20,15,10 reps with supersets and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone, hitting 800 reps!  I know it is hard to hammer out so many reps with supersets and increase your weight, but we can try to increase the weight on the lower rep sets and then drop down once we reach failure to complete each rep in the set.  So today I am going to start off heavier and see how many reps I can throw up until I need to grab something lighter, so I can stretch the skin to help the muscle grow and obtain nice cut arms for spring and summer.  Grab your pre-workout drink, I love my PRESURGE by Athletic Edge Nutrition pre-workout, it gives me the pump I am looking for without my heart racing and body shaking.  So try and get that in 15-20 minutes before you start your workout, do a few light weight warm up sets to get the blood flowing.

Congrats! You pushed yourself yet again through 800reps to build stronger, well defined biceps and triceps. Make sure to drink those BCAA’s and take your glutamine. Pound your protein shake and head over to the stairclimber where we will do 45 minutes of cardio to end this day of accomplishment. FFD~
