10 Weeks To Fitness Day 35 and we are crunching our way to a hard core and pumping our backs to beauty. The back is so much fun to sculpt and build. Our lats are the most common area to build, but there are so many smaller muscles that start popping out and give us that nice full upper body. So make every set, every rep count and really push yourself to failure. You may not feel it after your done, but I promise you the next two days you will feel the each and every muscle you trained. Today we will be doing 5 sets of 5,10,1o,15,20 reps, so really challenge yourself since we are not doing as many reps as we did last week. A sculpted back is a beautiful thing!
