10 WEEKS TO FITNESS DAY 47 and we are going to use our own body weight to build lean strong muscle.  The TRX is an amazing piece of equipment that can be used anywhere, not just in the gym.  Created by the Navy Seals, it provides strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.   You can buy them online which makes the TRX a great thing to travel with or give yourself a hardcore workout in the privacy of your own home.
