10 Weeks to Fitness Day 53 and we are hammering through the last workout of the week with another round of chest and triceps.  Today I have the opportunity to be at Innovative Fitness to train.  Last week we hit our legs twice and today it’s time to work those triceps and sculpt our chest, especially since spring is only a few months away.  Today we are going to superset between one tricep and one chest exercise for 3sets of  30,25,20,15,10 reps.  Make sure to pause and contract your muscles when doing each rep to help build strong and defined triceps and chest muscles.  We have 6oo reps to get through on this second day of triceps and chest so train hard and make sure to drink your pre-workout.
