10 Weeks To Fitness-Day 54 and I am finishing off my two-a-day workout with some Functional Training at Innovative Fitness.  Functional training essentially is training the body for activities in everyday life.  It provides stability through strengthening our core and back muscles, and enables us to train all our body parts efficiently and effectively, without spending hours in the gym.  Today’s workout will consist of 8 different exercises cut into Group A & B.  We will go through all 3 sets of 10 reps each without stopping.  Once we have done that for Group A, we will rest, get hydrated and move on to Group B doing the same, all 3 set, 1o reps of each exercise without resting.  We will get our heat rates up and a fantastic full body workout.

Congrats! I hope you enjoyed some functional training and remember you can always modify your workout to what you have in your own gym if you don’t have everything in today’s video. Normally I train at LA Fitness, but today I had the opportunity to train with a trainer at Innovative Fitness! Pound your protein shake and hit the treadmill for 45 minutes to finish off your great day of fitness. FFD~
