10 Weeks To Fitness Day 58 and we are pounding through another workout with giant sets.  Today we are doing 6 exercises of 2 giant sets consisting of 4 sets of 10,15,20,25 reps.  So we will be completing 420 reps today to really work our backs.  As I have said before, if you have to modify your workout to supersets or doing each exercise individually because giant sets were to hard to get in, no problem.  Just make sure to hit all your reps and try to go heavy on the weights since we are not doing as many reps today.  Make sure to get in your pre-workout drink and have a great day building a nice strong, muscular back.
