5 Reasons to Love what you wear!!!

When it comes to exercising and working out at the gym, proper diet and motivation play a major role in determining your success, but what you wear also matters. Baggy sweats and cotton t-shirts may be comfy, but they may not inspire you while you working out. The right fitness wear, on the other hand, provides a wide range of benefits and you will LOVE THEM MORE when you feel inspired and fit-fabulous!

REASON 1: You will love your fitness wear if they inspire and motivate you!  

I’m going to be honest, my workout clothes DO INSPIRE me and make me feel like working out. Sometimes, when I’m having “one of those days” I just quickly change into one of my favorite fitness outfits, and instantly, I feel like going to the gym!! What a motivation – a simply change of clothes!!! I am much more excited to head to the gym, go for a hike, or even just head out of a long run when I’m sporting my great-fitting, sweat-absorbing exercise shorts and sports bra that make me feel comfortable, athletic, confident, mobile, and energetic. I love wearing sweats around the house on lazy sunday, but you will never see me working out in old, baggy sweats or anything made of cotton. For me, what I wear to the gym is not about what others think of me when exercise, but rather, it is how my fitness clothes make me feel about myself.  I can’t explain it, but honestly, my love for my work out clothes lifts my spirits! What you wear should do the same for you! 

REASON 2: You will love your fitness wear if you  feel cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter!  

Another reason you find you are falling in love with your workout clothing is the fabrics ability to wick away moisture from the body allowing you to stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Oh, check to see if your garment is made with an anti-bacterial material.  The anti-bacterial fabric assists in reducing unwanted body odor.

Also, the fitness wear is able to ensure that proper movement or pose is performed properly so as to avoid injury. Consider a quality sports bar as another example. A women may experience discomfort and pain if rigorously working out with no support for their chest and a sports bra is most likely the solution to this. Never underestimate finding a great sports bra! You’ll love working out when you feel the comfort and support. Did I mention great fitness clothes help you do jump splits? 🙂

We all want to look and feel our best.  You will definitely love your fitness wear if the fitness wear includes fashionable designs, styles, and patterns suited to your own personal interests. Wearing the matching grey shorts and top with the all to common phrase “Physical Education” is just plain boring and dull.  If you find a fashion-forward fitness wear that you feel comfortable wearing, you will sense a stronger motivation to go workoue. Scientific research has shown that wearing specific, quality clothing can improve human performance. As a result, experts suggest that wearing fashionable athletic wear brands can actual motivate people to work out more and perform better.
