Today is a great Biceps and Triceps Workout!  One that you are going to want to add into your weekly workout program for sure.  You will be doing 3 exercises for Biceps and 3 for Triceps and your arms are going to be burning by the time you are done.  Today is a day to move out of your comfort zone and really feel those muscles working for you.  Take each rep and really squeeze the muscle you are working and focus on that muscle and not using your momentum to pull or push the weight.  Today is going to be a great day to get those arms in shape!
