Hey Guys!! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July!  Today is going to be a great LEG DAY.  We are going to be killing it with Pyramid Sets.  So we will be doing 5 sets for each exercise, 10,20,30,40,50 reps BAM!  Each exercise you will start with 10 reps, rest/stretch for 30 seconds and then hammer out 20 reps, rest again (briefly) and hammer out 30 more reps and so on until you have made it through your final 50 reps, which you will them be done with that exercise and move to the next.  So when I say 5 sets that DOES NOT MEAN you do the pyramid (10,20,30,40,50) 5 times.  10 is one set, 20 is the second set, 30 is the third set, 40 is the fourth set and 50 is your fifth and final set.. DONE.. MOVE ON.  This workout is effective, will kick your butt and get you done in a timely manner.  I love pyramid sets, well we are actually doing only HALF PYRAMIDS since we are not coming back down the pyramid, but non-the less it is going to be TOUGH.  So prepare yourself to kick some tail and work hard, because hard work makes results!!
