If you are looking for a great workout and need some ideas, look know further.  Today I have put together an amazing Shoulder and Triceps workout.  Today we will be doing full pyramid sets.  So make sure to come prepared to work hard and feel amazing.  For today’s workout we will be doing 6 sets: 20.30,40,40,30,20 reps.  Make sure to use a weight that will challenge you, but you can get through all the reps.  One full pyramid is 6 sets, and that is what you will be doing for each exercise.  So once you have completed the pyramid then move on to the next exercise.  NOTE:  YOU DO NOT GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE PYRAMID 20,30,40,40,30,20 SIX TIMES.  One time through the pyramid and you done.
