Hey Everyone!!  Today’s workout is going to be for the upper body and one you can either do at Home or the Gym, you decide!  We are going to be doing some circuit training which means we are going to do 5 exercises, 15 reps and 5 sets.  So the sets are as follows, you go through each exercise once without resting and once you have done all 5 exercises then you will rest for about 60-90 seconds and then start up the second set doing the same routine rest and jump into the third set and so on.  This workout is to help all of us who are busy and need to get in some good toning exercises in an efficient amount of time.
