10 Weeks To Fitness Day 38Shoulders. I have a love hate relationship with my shoulders. I love to have nice rounded strong shoulders, but they are one muscle group that really hit the burner when working them.
With the increase in sets and reps, how long do these workouts take? I find myself just doing weights for over 90 minutes which doesn’t leave me time for cardio. Wasn’t sure if I’m going too slow or taking too long of breaks.
Sabrina! It all depends on the person and what your pace is, but maybe try not taking as long of rests between sets and reps. I like to give myself about 60 seconds max between sets, sometime half that to really keep moving. Don’t rush yourself, but you definitely want to have time for some cardio, so less rest time and that should help move things along a bit faster. Keep up the great work.
