Healthy Taco Dip is the perfect dip to get the party started.  Loaded with cheese (s), lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and much, much more, this Healthy Taco Dip is a real smorgasbord of deliciousness in every bite.

Healthy_taco_dip_blog Healthy Taco Dip is hands down the total package when it comes to appetizers.  It will be the talk of the table wherever you serve it.  Made with light cream cheese and reduced fat sour cream it screams guiltless indulgence without compromise on taste or texture.  I love making this because it can be made ahead of time and put in the refrigerator and when you are ready to serve just throw on the toppings and watch your guests go to town.  I made this Healthy Taco Dip on a Sunday night and took it to work with me on Monday and by the end of the day it had been devoured.  Not to mention, my brother in between bites asks “what is in this, it is so good and I can’t stop eating it?’  I laughed and told him to eat his heart out.
