I want to start the 5 week workout plan, but can’t seem to find them all listed. Week 1-11 is there then I had to look for 12 and can’t find 13 and did see higher numbers as I searched…Is there one place where the entire 5 weeks is listed so I don’t have to search all over the site? Or am I having a complete DUH! moment?
Really bummed that this isn’t free anymore. :\ I was going on 2 weeks with it and this was the most enjoyable workout that I’ve ever done and it really got me into lifting! I’m on a budget right now so I’ll just look for alternatives, but I would recommend! The videos were especially helpful for beginners.
