I have randomly stumbled across your workout sheets on Pinterest today and boy am i glad. I love your Blog! it is Simple, efficient and straight to the point; I appreciate that. I followed the shoulder and bicep workout at the gym tonight and loved it, I can’t wait to try the other ones!

I can’t thank you enough for this amazing workouts, I am a mother of 4 and at 30 years old I weight 215 pound, going to the gym was a challenge because of time and feeling ashamed of not knowing what to do and afraid to look dumb. One day in pinterest i found your page and I thank God for you, now I wake up at 4:20 am to go to the gym and I am about to finish your 6 week to get fit challenge, I feel strong, empower and super energetic with my kids. Cant wait to start the 10 week program. THANK YOU THANK YOU AGAIN!!
