As my workout partner and I prepare to do this workout, we noticed that you are only going about halfway down on the presses. I would guess that is because it keeps the focus solely on the chest and your body is less likely to engage your triceps. Should we be mirroring your movements?
Yes, I try to keep my chest engaged as much as possible, plus I try to go heavy and I don’t want to injury my shoulders. Keep your chest engaged and try to make the movement about your chest, you are absolutely right!! Shannon 🙂
