This is our last day of week 4 and we are working our Triceps.  Today we will do 6 exercises, 15 reps, and we are going to finish the week with our last day of supersets.  Make sure to do the two exercises in the superset back to back without resting which is one superset, and we will be doing 4sets.  Make sure to really contract those triceps when doing each exercise and try to push the weight heavier with each superset.  Let’s pound our pre-workout and go get this week done!

Cardio: 45 minutes on the stairclimber.
