I scream, you scream, we ALL scream for cookies! Vegan Thumbprint Cookies, that is. I don’t even know where to begin when trying to describe these Vegan Thumbprint Cookies. Every year at Christmas time I always looked forward to the most delicious thumbprint cookies, but they only came out at Christmas. I remember how soft on the outside and gooey on the inside they were. Well after making these Vegan Thumbprint Cookies all those gooey memories came rushing back to me. And what is even better, I can make Vegan Thumbprint Cookies anytime of the year. I used sugar free raspberry jam to fill each soft and nutty thumbprint cookie, and topped it off with a fresh raspberry.
The big test came when I had my 6 year old nephew and 5 year old niece (who are very particular about what they allow me to feed them), ate them up without any questions and topped it off by licking their fingers clean. Vegan Thumbprint Cookies are so fast and easy to make that you will need to double the recipe because this fit-fabulous treat will leave a thumbprint in the brain for more. xoxo

Yum, cookies are my favorite! These look really tasty. I might surprise the family with these at Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for commenting and I would love to hear how they turn out for you. Have a happy Thanksgiving! xoxo
Hi there! I found you from the Link Party Palooza on iheartnaptime.net! I am not usually a fan of “healthy” snacks, but these actually look really good! I am a sucker for pecans! I might just have to try these! Thanks for sharing!
Such a great option for those sweet kiddos (and adults) with allergies at the Holidays!
Hi Kristen,
Thanks for the message and response. My nieces and nephews loved them and had no idea they were “healthy!”
