Happy Monday, and welcome to Day 15 of 28 Days 2 Shred.  I hope you all got a good solid 2 days  of active rest and are ready to hit it hard today.  We are working our Back, Biceps, and Abs today so lets get the pre-workout drinks flowing and get ready for an awesome workout.  Today we are doing 3 sets and we are changing up the reps.  So set 1: 10 reps (heavy) rest 30 seconds, Set 2: 10 reps heavy(pause 10 seconds) 10 reps heavy again rest 30seconds, set 3: 10reps(heavy) drop the weight slightly then do 20reps, add the weight back on and hammer out the last 10 reps then take a minute breather, grab some BCAA’s and then move on to the next exercise.  That will be the sets/reps for back and biceps, abs you will do 300 decline ball twists.  If you don’t have a ball you can just use your own body weight, do what works for you.  Today we are bumping up our cardio to 50 minutes so if you need to break it up into 2 25 minutes session go right ahead.  Make sure you drink that post workout shake right after lifting and before your cardio.  Stay hydrated throughout the day and make smart food choices.  Feed that body, not your face.  Time to Shred!
