I have just stumbled onto your website, and I love it. I’ve been in a slump, in need of some motivation, a new workout; and I found your site! You’ve given me some great new ideas for workouts.
I would love to follow along with you, but don’t want to jump into the 28 day shred. Do you have plans for a new program? If so, count me in!
Hi Amy!! I am so happy you found the site! I understand the “slump” and how life just kind of keep going. I do have 3 other workout plans that have 5, 6, and 10week programs that are all completed that you could choose from and start. They all come with the workout and video and a brief description of what you will be doing for each workout. If you want to take a look at one of those that may be a good place to start. I will be doing more workout programs as soon as I finish up with the 28 days however. I hope you can find something you like and so happy you wrote in and found some new inspiration!!

Me again!
I’m going for the 28 Days 2 Shred!!! I’m hoping the fast program will keep me moving, and will give me some quick results to keep me motivated. I’m pretty excited, and I’ve got my gym bag packed already! I even took measurements, and a “before” pic!
I do have some questions regarding supplements. I’ve only ever taken whey protein shakes post-workout. It’s been made mention to me that supplements, such as pre-workout drinks, BCAA, etc. can also help me get results and keep my energy up throughout my workouts and the day. There are soooooo many out there, and I want to stay safe. I’ve read your suggestions, but wonder if you’ve made any changes to those listed under “Supplements”. I’d really like to try some.
