Yes, but the 10 week plan would be amazing too. It has a lot of reps and helps build muscle and tone to help you burn fat and calories. You will do awesome!
Does a cycle class count as cardio without weights?

Just started. On day 2! My legs are so wonderfully sore!! I hope I can keep it up for the whole 8 weeks everyday!!! I really want this!!
What cardio should i do for day 3

You can do whatever you like, just make sure you get some cardio in. I switch things up from running, to HITT training, to running stairs.
