Thanks for taking the time to share this workout plan with all of us – I’m only on day 3 but loving it so far and so excited to see the results after the 8 weeks! Not going to lie, ‘Day 1 – Legs’ led to some pretty sore muscles for the next few days – finally able to walk normal again, lol.
I have been looking in to BCAAs but while doing so, I came across talk of l-glutamine. Which would you recommend, if any? I really appreciate your input.
I actually take both BCAA’s and L-glutamine, so you can take both. I mix the BCAA’s in water and drink them while I am working out and take my L-glutamine with the rest of my vitamins/supplements with my breakfast.
Are the dumbell curls 20 reps together, so 10 reps for each arm? Or 20 reps for each arm?
Leah! 10 reps each arm, 20 reps in total!! Have a great workout.
