Welcome back from a day of active rest, I hope you were all able to leave the weights alone and get in just your cardio! Well today we are back at it hammering our Shoulders and Abs. Shoulders, as I
Hi, you can use an incline bench and dumbbells. So face the bench with both feet on either side and lean into it, keep your arms in front of you a little with dumbbells and the pull the dumbbells up and back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Or you can do bent over rows with dumbbells or a barbell! Hope this helps.
I love going to the gym with a plan in hand! It get it done so much faster and it ensures I train every part of my body. I LOVE your plans. Most gym plans I’ve done have a lot of the same things each week. I love how all of yours are different to keep my muscles guessing! Thanks so much for making these plans. I was wondering for the ab ball twist do you count each twist as a rep or do you do one twist to each side equals one rep?
Hi, So happy you are finding the workouts beneficial and allow you to change things up. I love to hear the workouts are helping and easy to follow. For the Ab twits, on rep is a complete side to side movement, so right to left equals one, right to left equals 2, etc..make sense? Great questions!
HI! Can you tell me what weight the medicine ball is? Thanks!
Hi Lorrie!
The weight of the medicine ball I use is 15lbs, or I like to use a 25lb plate.

Hi Shannon, the gym I go to does not have a side lateral raise machine. Should I do another 3 sets of DB side lateral raise?
Shelby!
HI, you can DB upright rows or you can do more side lateral raises or even one arm side lateral raises. Any of those options will work just fine!

Hi Shannon! What can I do instead of t-bar rows? My gym doesn’t allow them.
