I really want to thank you for sharing your workouts and for being so passionate about fitness. I am currently on day 2 of 8 week Body Trans. and so far I feel pretty good. I’m already eating clean and I do lots of running. However I want to add strength training to avoid imbalances and make myself a better long distance runner. Ive always shied away from the weight room because I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m self conscious around everyone else who seems to be throwing around heavy weights. But yesterday, I got brave and went on in. I am starting with 10-15 lbs for Dumbbells until I really comfortable with the exercises and I plan to repeat each week twice so I really learn how to do everything correctly. Next week I’ll try heavier weights and redo this week. Thank you for being so inspirational and so willing to share your workouts! I look forward to positive changes that will happen to my stamina and self confinece. 🙂

LOVE your workouts! I’m a beginner to weights and have 60 lbs to lose. I am currently on day 4 of your 8 week transformation and holy cow, I am REALLY sore ???? but it’s a good thing! You have given me the guidance (in the form of a workout plan) I’ve been looking for. So grateful to you!

are these workout free? I can’t find Week 1, 8 week transformation.
Hi.. NO they are not, but there is a 2 week workout plan that is free and a bunch of other free workouts as well.
I am turning 48 in 8 weeks. I am looking to loose weight and tone up. I am going to do the eight week transformation. Thank you
