From what I understand, a drop set is when you do one complete set at a certain weight and then you immediately drop down the the next lower weight and do another set…that makes one complete set
So when doing a drop set, you put on a heavy weight and do the amount of reps suggested, then lighten the weight slightly and do the same amount of reps as you just did and then rest. That equals ONE dropset. then you repeat that for as many sets as the exercise calls for. does that make sense?

Is a drop set just doing the rep count twice? Or until complete fatigue?
