YOU HAVE MADE IT!!! WEEK 8!!! Our last week to bust our butts and push ourselves to shear She/He power. I hope you are all proud of how far you have come and what you have accomplished. It takes a lot of dedication and determination to complete 8 weeks and you are on the home stretch. So, today lets hammer those back and biceps and have no fear. We will start off with back and for each exercise try and do a warm up set of 8-10 reps to get the muscles going. Then we will do 3 sets for each exercise and hammer out 15 reps per set. Then we will move right into those buff biceps and do 3 exercises, 3 sets and hammer out 20 reps. Today is mind over muscle burn. Keep working and pushing through each rep, tell yourself you can do it and turn that burn in to power. Finish strong with your cardio and make sure to get that post workout shake in.
