Hi there, You have amazing shoulders! Just wondering how long you rest after each set and between exercises for shoulders? With the rear delt pulls, should the weight be quite heavy that you struggle through last few reps? Thanks
Hi! I generally rest about 30-45 seconds between sets and yes, make the weight heavy enough that you are reaching failure by the last reps. If you need a longer rest time, then take it and make sure to stretch and keep your muscles loose between sets.

What can I do instead of the Machine side lat raise? My gym doesn’t have that machine.

You can use dumbbells and do side lateral raises, it will be just as effective.
