- 2-ripe medium bananas
- 1 3/4-cups rolled oats
- 1-can chick peas (1 1/2 cups drained and rinsed)
- 3-tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter (I used Adams brand)
- 1-teaspoon baking powder
- 3-tablespoons honey
- 4-tablespoons splenda/sugar blend
- pinch of salt
- 1/2-cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2-cup semi sweet/dark chocolate chips, melted
- 12-mini Reese's peanut butter cups
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees F
- Prepare a 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray and put aside
- Put all ingredients (EXCEPT chocolate chips, and peanut butter cups) into blender or food processor, and blend until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave and spoon over batter, and with a knife swirl melted chocolate into batter.
- Press the peanut butter cups into batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean. (They are very moist when first out of the over, but will set and firm as they cool, so don't over bake).
- Serve warm and Enjoy! xoxo
