It’s Chest Day!  Today’s workout will consist of 5 chest exercises 4-3 sets of each exercises and the reps will vary.  Again today I want you to concentrate on each rep, and hold and isolate the muscles as you go through the exercises.  Remember to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water and/or BCAA’s.  Chest is one of our larger muscles groups so don’t skip this day.  The more muscle we have the more fat and calories we will burn while we are NOT working out, which is the goal.  Work hard so we burn fat while at rest.
