Question about feeling the burn days after a workout…last week, after I did legs, I felt them for 4 long days and I love that feeling. This week I did legs which consisted of your 200 Smith machine squats and I didn’t feel anything. I have the same problem with my upper body. Does this mean I’m not lifting heavy enough? I did go lighter on legs this week because there were so many sets, but I thought I’d still feel it. I’m in week 3. My challenge with upper body is that a 20lb weight might only get me 3-4 reps but then 10 isn’t challenging enough. I just thought all the sets would make up for it. Anyway, all of that to say, should I try to lift heavier?? Thanks!

How long do you do cardio for?
Paige! Hi, I like to do about 45 minutes of cardio, BUT you can do more or less depending on your goals.
