My gym doesn’t have a hack machine. I know what to do as an alternative to the hack squat, but what would you suggest as an alternative to the reverse leg press?

Hi, no problem… You can do dumbbell squats. Pick a challenging weight and hold them at your side and then squat. Make sure your knees don’t extend over your toes adn then come back up and push through your heels. I hope that makes sense!
I love your workouts. I was doing so good with them & seeing different results because my body had hit a wall. I was on leg day 22 and while doing the hack machine backwards I threw out my back. I don’t normally like using that machine, but for that day I did. I am so sad. Now i have to wait awhile to get back into the gym for my regular workouts. I will start at day 1 when I get back with improvions.

Sam! you can do regular squats with dumbbells, barbell, or using the smith machine! Hope this helps.
