Hi Shannon , just wanted to check in with you on some lower AB exercises, after 3 babies and the youngest 17 months old I thinki need a little extra help with that area. I am loving the results of your 10wk program. Please help the baby belly!
Lucky lady of 3 amazing kids!! So one of the best things is checking what you are eating. A lot of our ab success is related to what we fuel our bodies with. We need a lot of protein, water, good carbs, minimal sugar. For exercises the options are endless, but I love reverse crunches, planks (holding for at least a minute) hanging knee to chest crunches, and lots of ab twists. I hope this helps!!
