Can you explain what sets mean? Is it..I do 30 reps then 25 then 20 and so on til 5..6 times? Or do I do 30 reps 6 times then 25 reps 6 times and so on until I finish with 5 reps 6 times?
Elizabeth!! I know, it is a little confusing. So you will do one set of 30 reps, then do one set of 25 reps, one set of 20 reps, one set of 15 reps, one set of 10 reps, one set of 5 reps, which all equals 6 sets. So each rep count is a “set”, you don’t go 30-5 reps 6 times. Does that make sense? Sorry so confusing and great question. You are trying to do them without a lot of rest in between each set.
I know what supersets are, but I am a little confused my your set up.
So, preacher curls into decline barbell chest press (superset 1)?
Then dumbbell bench press into curls (superset 2)?
