So when it says to superset A and B you do the first set for exercise A, then go right into the first set of exercise B. Then you will rest for about 60-90seconds and do the same thing until you have finished the required sets. Does that help at all? So basically you are doing the exercises back to back and then resting and doing them again until you have finished all the sets.
