Four simple ingredients is all that is needed to make this vibrant Strawberry Citrus Salad with Fresh Mint, that will quench your palate on a warm summer’s day.
Here is to all the summer berries that are coming out for us to enjoy. I am a huge fan of fruit, and love it even more mixed together to make a delicious and simple salad. This Strawberry Citrus Salad with Fresh Mint is not only naturally sweet, but has a hint of brown sugar to really make the flavor pop. It is so quick and easy to make you really need to add it to salad repertoire.
Today I had a visit from my beautiful Sister-in-law Kyla, who helped me put this eye catching salad together. She is an amazing cook and we have so much fun when we are in the kitchen together cooking, baking, and of course sampling. She has made this salad for our family many times, so I twisted her apron (not really) to come by and help out today in the kitchen. I couldn’t believe how simple this Strawberry Citrus Salad with Fresh Mint was to make. Literally four ingredients and presto you have an amazing salad that smells like summer, tastes like candy, and will brighten up any table.
So let’s get chopping and make this Strawberry Citrus Salad with Fresh Mint a Summertime Sensation. xoxo
