Yogurt, granola, fruit.. OH MY! This fit-fabulous Yogurt Parfait is a hearty, fruitful way to begin your day, or even fix for the girls during a playdate. I love having recipes that can be used for multiple occasions and are so quick and easy, they look like you spent all day in the kitchen. Yogurt Parfaits can be loaded with so many layers, but I love to use granola and fruit. You get all the health benefits of the oats and nuts, while enjoying the vitamins and antioxidants of seasonal fruits that infuse a hint of natural sugar goodness. All this natural fruit sweetness and wholesome granola layered between a velvety, smooth yogurt is pure OOH LA LA to my ears.
Yogurt Parfaits are a great way to get kids involved in the kitchen. My little niece had a blast helping me make these Parfaits. She loved picking out her layers and watching the delicious snack grow right before her eyes. She is the pickiest eater I know, so for her to eat Yogurt Parfaits without being asked over and over and over aging to “eat your food” made making them that much better. Yogurt Parfaits are healthy, hearty, and Yo-licious. xoxo
