Asian Pear Salad! What a refreshing way to start off the new year. Just a few simple fresh ingredients will put this fit-fabulous salad on your dinner table in 5 minutes.
Asian Pear Salad is seriously one of the easiest and quickest salads I have ever made. I love recipes with a small list of ingredients, but pack a major punch of flavor, and that is exactly what this Asian Pear Salad does. Lets face it, we are all busy and don’t have all day to spend in our kitchen and finding recipes that don’t require a lot of our time is a beautiful thing. Asian Pear Salad is made with fresh mixed baby greens, just open the bag and pour into your bowl( can it get any simpler than that?), chop some green onion, juicy asian pears, toss with a light sesame ginger dressing of your choice, and garnish with some black sesame seeds to add depth and and elegant flare.
Mixed greens are such a great way to get fiber into our meals, while pears being crisp and juicy, bring just the perfect flavor without being too sweet. The green onion gives this salad a little bite and by using a light sesame ginger dressing, Asian Pear Salad is fit-fabulous. If you are looking for some salad elegance try making this Asian Pear Salad, it will be the easiest 5 minutes of your cooking career. xoxo
