I wanted to tell you I’m finishing your 6 week summer slim down. I really like it. I see that your are doing a 28 day 2 shred I wanted to find out if you are going to put it on Pinterest like your other ones that you have. With the complete program? I also wanted to know if you have a nutrition plan to go with the workouts?

To answer your question about the new program I have, 28 Days 2 Shred, I have Week 1 and Week 2 up and I am posting each day as I go as well on Pinterest.
