Alright guys it’s the last week of this 28 Days 2 Shred. I hope you have been enjoying the workouts and they are pushing you to work hard. Today is Day 22 and we are going to hammer our backs,
Hi i am 200lbs of just fat and i really want to lose fat at least 50 of my fat. i am checking out your workouts and was even eager to do a couple and I am still feeling the pain. However i am honestly told that cardio is what will help me burn my fat, and that if i continue to lift with your fitness program that i am not shredding the fat but i am only gaining. I need help with this. I am tired of being confuse. i just want to lose this weight so that i can get into the military. can you help me understand what would be best for me to lose this 50 pounds please. which program of yours would work best for me?
Hi Nikkie!! How are you and thanks for writing in!!! Ok you can do this! So this is what I would recommend and I know everyone has there own theory and opinions, but first off, what is your diet like? This is going to be a huge part of your weight loss. It is important to eat 5 meals a day and cut back on your calories. You should also do both cardio and weights, you need them both to loose weight and get in shape. You should do 5 days of interval weight training and cardio, with a balanced diet you will loose the weight and get healthy. But first start with your diet, try to eat less carbs and cut back on your calories. Drink a lot of water and lean protein sources. Please let me know if you need anything else and I would do the 10 week plan. Make sure to drink protein after lifting weights before cardio and make sure to eat 5 balanced meals daily!!
Hi Shannon, Absolutely love your workouts! Thank you for sharing with great videos and pics! So much to choose from! I am looking for a detailed plan to follow. I have been in the gym for several years and in pretty good shape. My current goal is to grow some muscle so I realize lifting heavy/good nutrition is key. I’m looking at doing one of your plans to accomplish that. I recently came across your 28 Days 2 Shred program which looks amazing! However, just curious if you could explain the reason for the way you have the reps set up? Heavy, heavy, light…etc. Also, any recommendations for a bulking plan? Thanks again!
I do the reps in this program that way, because you really are not giving yourself time to rest between sets. It is a fast paced program and lifting heavy, then lightening things up and then heavy again confuses your muscles and makes you really push and fatigue the muscle. I like to take Kre-Alkalyne to help put on muscle, it is very effective and doesn’t cause bloating like traditional creatine.
