Natalie!! Hey, so for the hack press alternative you can do dumbbell squats. Feet shoulder width apart, arms at your side holding dumbbells. Use dumbbells that will challenge you and then squat like you are going to sit down in a chair, watch your knees not to go over your toes and then come back up. For hamstring curl you can do straight leg deadlifts with a barbell or dumbbells which ever you prefer. I hope this makes sense and helps!!
I just wanted to say that I am on Day 4 of the 28 Days 2 Shred and I am SO SORE… in a great way of course, no injuries! My body is already dropping excess water weight! I really appreciate what you have done here with your website. You’re doing such amazing things for all of us, and I felt a “you are loved and appreciated” was in order. Can’t wait to see where I am in 28 days!

Hi Shannon.. for Day 2: 300 Twists and Day 4: 200 Ball Twists.. how do you count?
1. To the left =1, to the right =2, to the left =3..
Or
2. To the left and to the right = 1, then to the left and the right again = 2?
