We are charging ahead with this week and are almost done, but NOT before we hammer our legs. Today will be the last day for weights, tomorrow is just cardio and the next day is a complete day
Hi Shannon! I don’t have enough words to thank you! I really want to lose weigh and get healthier and I have the motivation to start immediately, I have around 30 pounds that I need to lose, and I was investigating workouts routines in pinterest, youtube, instagram and the amount of information is so overwhelming that I got very frustrated because I could’t make my own workout plan, I started to cry thinking that I couldn’t do it, it was too much information, but suddenly in my frustration about to give up I found you in Pinterest and I love so much that everything is very detailed and it makes sense, I’m so excited to start now, I only want to ask you which plan do you recommend for me to start? I have 5 years of not going to gym, please tell me! I want to start tomorrow!
Hi, so SO happy you have found your motivation to go back to the gym. Your email was very sweet and I no it gets frustrating, but don’t give up. I would start the 8 week program.. Please don’t cry and think you can’t do it, because you CAN and I know you will do an awesome. I would do the 8 Week Plan and then move onto the 10 week. So proud of you and I hope you are proud of yourself.
