Just wanted to give you an update, I am already on day 16 and I love the progress I am seeing! I feel a lot more toned and have lost some inches! Love your 5 week workout plan! Thanks for sharing! Also the videos really help, I always watch them when I am unsure of form or how to do the workout! Can’t wait to be done to see full results!

Hi! I generally rest 30-45 seconds between sets, but I may take 60 seconds if I need it. Listen to your body and do what works best for you.
