I am looking for a 12 week workout for beginners. I am just starting to go to the gym and I am 62 years old. I am able to do the machines at the gym but some I start with 10 lb. I am not able to go to the gym on weekends so it would be for the week. Because I work sometimes I can only get to the gym 3 days a week. I go to the gym on my lunch break. My daughter will be married in 12 weeks and I would like to at least get my arms toned.
