I just wanted to say Thanks for these! I’m new to weightlifting — after months of telling myself that strength training would make me a better runner, I am finally actually DOING it. It’s so nice to have a plan with pictures and video and everything — I feel a little bit less lost at the gym!
Joanne!! How are you?!? I am so happy to hear you are getting out there and getting it done. It is always easy to say we are going to do something, but hard to make ourselves actually do it!! Hey Shannon! So I am on Day 5 of 5 Week to Get Fit and had a quick question. Does it matter if you do cardio first and then weights? I just like getting my heart rate way up with cardio before hitting the weights. Im doing a arctrainer with intervals of higher intensity during my workout. Thanks!
Hi, you can do it either way, so no problem! I just do my cardio after so I have more energy to lift, but we are all different and that is why you can absolutley do your cardio first if that is what you like!!
Hi Is there a way to pay for all of the 8 week challenge, so I dont have to hunt down the days individually? Anything to give me an excuse not to do this is a DANGER ZONE lol. Easy access daily is key for me. Thanks
Are there meal plan choices for people like me who can no longer have gluten, soy or dairy (cancer survivor)…. I struggle with crazy weight gain from the medications that I have to take and am barely consuming 500 calories a day. I tried switching to low carb and that doesn’t seem to be helping either. I need to do the weight training too obviously but maybe need to get my diet in check first.
Hello.. I would like know if all the days of this workout and pictures are printable? It would be easier for me to print and follow.

I don’t have them made up specifically gluten free, etc, but you can adjust them according to your needs very easily.
