How long do you rest in between sets? Can i superset say the reverse grip pulldown and one arm row since they are in the same vicinity? I am usually in a crunch for time if i want to get cardio in too.

Since I started doing the challenge, I’ve really been feeling that the body’s changing which makes me so addicted to it. And another question, have you ever experienced exertion headaches during workout??
Dora! I completely understand the need and want to NOT allow yourself a rest day, but yes, they are necessary. It allows your body to recover and not over train the muscles. By over training you can actually do more harm than good and see less result because you are not letting your muscles repair and rest which in turn may cause you to plateau. It is hard to allow your body to rest, but it is essential. Yes, I have experienced exertion headaches, especially on leg days when I am pushing, and squatting a lot of weight. I try to keep very hydrated and allow for longer rests between sets to avoid possible dizziness.
Thank you for the reply. Okay sounds like I can get more benefits from rest days, I’ll try to get myself rest days☺ And I’ve experienced exertion headache a couple of times which hold me back and reduce the weights. I’m going to try the way you do.
Hi! I love your workouts, they fit my personality really well and I get great results. My life has become much busier these days and I don’t get to spend much time in the gym anymore. I’m happy if I get an hour five days a week. I sometimes have a tough time getting through your workouts in that time frame and I was hoping you could work on a program that hits hard and fast. Something along the lines of express workouts!!

I rest between 30-40 seconds max. You can absolutely superset the exercises, no big deal at all.
