Ok, we are winding down our week and it is Day 25, LEGS & ABS. I hope you all had a good day off yesterday and rested those muscle, because today we are going to hammer our legs and tighten
I’ll be honeset, this looked terrifying when i first checked it out. so i stalled, until i learned that i needed to amp up my workouts before bed to get better sleep. so before i started i was tracking my sleep with a tracker from http://www.rem-fit.com. and after i started working out my sleep increased. i am feeling amazing now. and thanks to you and your post i can continue to feel and look great. thanks so much (although i feel crazy sore most nights, lol)
