Hi! Just wanted to comment that I’m really enjoying this program. I started back at the gym in May doing the classes, but I wasn’t really seeing the results. Just in week 3 of this program and I’m able to see the differences in my clothes. I have to admit that I can’t get in a full 45 min of cardio a day, but I at least get in 30 and I really try to push during that time. Thanks again for the program! Super helpful. I didn’t get to take pics, but I took weight and measurements before I started. I will keep you posted after the 6 weeks are over 🙂
