Dear Shannon i m so thankful for your help to every woman who wants to change her life style and also to live fit . i m one of your fans from Morocco . you really make me happy , watching your workout and reading your articles it awaken my passion to Fitness and restart over and over again . my goal is not to wear my favorite dress or pants my goal is to stay fit . it was not easy in the beginning to move out of bed early in the morning but i m getting awake between 5 or 6 and i start my workout around 7 , i really enjoy every day more than before cause finally i can sleep better . i feel like i am in Love with your workout plans and it makes me happier . Hi Shannon, I am having a difficult time putting on any muscle my goal is to crime stronger and be able to do a pull up as well as tone up the rest of my body. I am really struggling. I have tried to obtain workouts from your exercise groups however I am still struggling. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Paris
Hi, I like to do my cardio after I lift so I can use a lot of my energy on the weights and not get tired out by doing cardio first, but you do what works best for you.
Hey Shannon! I’m new to weight training so I love that you have such great videos and pictures that I can follow! My gym doesn’t have what you’re sitting on and supporting your arms on to do preacher curls though. Is there anything else I could use or do to replace those? Thank you so much for inspiring me to begin weight training!
Heather, You can do a preacher curl machine if you have that, or you can do them with a bench that has a high back and do one are preacher curls with dumbbells, so you are standing with your elbow on the bench and slowly lowering the weight down and bringing it back up.
