When I do the overhead chest press I find my elbows get sore and make this clicky noise however when I lighten up on the weight it doesnt feel like Im getting a proper workout. Any suggestions?
Not sure why your elbows would be sore, sorry to hear that. I would try lightening up on the weight like you did and perhaps do more reps. But you really want to concentrate on the motion coming from your chest and allowing it to really stretch when you bring your arms back and squeeze as you bring your arms forward to contract and isolate the chest muscles.
Can I substitute the ab twist with the torso rotation machine?
