Welcome to day 23 Shoulders and Abs! I hope your chest and tricep workout was awesome, I know mine was. Today we are back at it with 5 great exercises for our shoulders, but we are going to start off
Are you supposed to finish all 3 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next set or are you doing 10-12 reps of shoulder press then moving directly on to side lateral raises, etc…?

I do ALL the sets in one exercise and then move on to the next exercise…unless… we are doing supersets, but you will know if we are doing supersets.
